Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
when a message is deleted, the embed claims it was deleted by the author of the message. this is not necessarily always the case. iirc, there may be a limitation with discord.py or the discord api itself which do not allow us to know who deleted the message. if that's the case, the embed wording should be changed to reflect that clearly.
