Description
When a PhaseWalker leaves or joins the server while Phased, the plugin is supposed to hide the join/leave messages.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Phase
Join or Leave

Expected behavior
No join/leave message will be sent (except to Administrators)

This issue was being caused by Essentials. Because of this, we are unable to resolve the issue.

Perhaps in the future, we will remove Essentials leave/join messages and handle them ourselves. For now, however, PhaseWalkers cannot leave or join silently.
