Description
Dwarves have to use the /dwarf command to get their potion effects back when they die. They should only have to use the command occasionally, if they drink milk or something. The effects should be automatically reapplied after most actions, so that players don't have to use the command.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Be Dwarf
Die

Expected behavior
Upon respawning, the player should have all the potion effects given to Dwarves.
