Description
When a player respawns after their death, they are given a note with their last known location. For some reason, the player will recieve 4 of these notes when they should only recieve a single note.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Die
Respawn

Expected behavior
One note should appear in the player's inventory.
